The PicPocket
The Pic Pocket was started over 40 years ago by Sondra and Herman Young.
Sondra would order designer handbags and leave the merchandise in boxes where you would have to hunt for your prized handbag.
Later they added jewelry and thus began the legend of the World Famous Pic Pocket.
It was November 2005; the Pic Pocket a household name in Mercer County was closing after 40 years. A long time customer, Janet Flannery could not allow that to happen and she and her husband Jim purchased the business from the Young’s.
Since purchasing it, the showroom has been completely remodeled and expanded and is full floor to ceiling with customer jewelry, handbags and accessories from casual to elegant, bringing Manhattan to your door.
New additions to the store are a new line of silver, capes, wraps, nylons, rings and bling.
Our mission statement is to provide our customers with a fun shopping experience without having to go to the mall. We have the latest in costume jewelry and handbags from all over the world. We have over 2,500 earrings on display with the largest selection of clip earrings.
Once you shop at the Pic Pocket you will come back, it is a warm, friendly and fun place to shop. Customers from all over the world come back to see us when they are in the area.
